2. Understand the investment characteristics, risk preferences and regulatory requirements of insurance funds, and be familiar with various risks in the Hong Kong asset management market.

3. Have strong strategic planning ability, be able to formulate and implement the company's long-term development strategy, promote business innovation and upgrading.

4. Have exceptional investment decision-making skills, and be able to lead the team to achieve long-term stable investment returns.

5. Able to flexibly adapt to the work thinking and decision-making mode of the mainland and Hong Kong, and able to adapt to the sunshine culture.

6. Mandarin mother tongue level, English can be used as a working language.

7. Able to actively integrate into the group strategy, and actively assume the platform role of the group in Hong Kong's capital market.
