<p>Job Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li>Responsible for the overall operation and management of the Japanese subsidiary, formulating and implementing development strategies in line with market trends.</li><li>In-depth understanding of various shoe brands’ popular trends, and proposing product development and sales strategy suggestions based on market changes.</li><li>Expand and maintain sales channels, build a solid customer relationship network, and enhance our brand's market share in Japan.</li><li>Organize and optimize team structure, improve internal management efficiency, and push the team to achieve its performance goals.</li><li>Analyze the Japanese market footwear industry dynamics, and regularly submit market research reports and competitive strategy proposals.</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements:<br></p><ul><li>Male, age 45-55, Japanese and able to communicate fluently in English for business purposes.</li><li>With more than 10 years of experience in exporting footwear products, familiar with international trade procedures and relevant regulations.</li><li>Having more than 5 years of business management experience, with at least 10 years of team management experience, and excellent leadership skills.</li><li>Have a deep understanding of the production process, material properties, and quality control of footwear products.</li><li></li></ul>
