Strategic planning: Develop a company's medium and long-term development strategy, coordinate the synergistic development of cross-border e-commerce, cultural and creative design, and new media training.
Digital market promotion: Responsible for the creation and management of digital assets for the company and customer brands, including website, social media, and e-commerce platform content planning and operation; develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales conversion.
Brand building: Create a company brand visual image, unify external publicity materials, ensure brand consistency; plan and participate in international exhibitions and industry forums, enhance brand industry influence.
Customer development and maintenance: Expand Hong Kong and overseas customers, maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms, logistics companies, payment institutions, etc. Partners, drive business sustained growth.
Team Management: Form and lead a local team (including market, design, and operations personnel), develop training plans, and enhance team professional skills.
Compliance and risk control: Ensure that the company's operations comply with Hong Kong laws and regulations, monitor market risks, and develop contingency plans.
Recruitment conditions
Educational requirements: Hold a student degree or above in market promotion, digital marketing, business management, creative industries or related subjects.
Work experience: Have at least 5 years of digital market promotion or brand management experience, of which at least 3 years involve cross-border e-commerce or cultural and creative industries; those with domestic market experience and supply chain resources are preferred.
Core competencies:
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (such as social media advertising, SEO/SEM, e-commerce platform operations);
Have excellent brand planning and visual aesthetic abilities;
Familiar with the business cultures of the mainland and Hong Kong, fluent in Mandarin and English for business communication;
Have team management experience and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Language requirements: Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
