Strategic leadership<br> · Develop the company's medium and long-term development strategy, coordinate business deployment and resource integration, and ensure that revenue and profit targets are met;<br> · Analyze global financial policies, market trends and competitive landscapes, and adjust business directions in a timely manner.<br>2. Business Development<br> · Deepen our roots in financial institutions, multinational corporations and ultra-high net worth client groups, leading billion-dollar consulting project signings and executions;<br> · Expand cross-border asset management and restructuring business, innovate financial products and service models. <br>3. Team building<br> · Build and develop a highly professional international team, optimize performance evaluation and talent development systems;<br> · Shape an excellent corporate culture, enhance team cohesion and industry influence. <br>4.
