Duties include:
1. Coordinate business strategy and execution: Develop a company business development plan, promote K12 curriculum system upgrades, local inter-school deep cooperation and study abroad services growth, lead annual business plan implementation, and establish a multi-channel customer acquisition model (community/media/institutional co-branding).
2. Resource network systematization: Build and maintain a local education ecological network (schools/teachers/KOLs), design a hierarchical cooperation mechanism to reduce costs, explore co-branding courses and other light industries business model and establish a replicable standard.
3. Team performance management: Lead the team to optimize organizational structure and performance mechanism, deeply participate in key business processes (course/customer/service market), build a talent pipeline and implement flat agile management.
4. Data-driven decision-making system: Establish a monitoring system that covers customer conversion rate, LTV, etc. indicators, regularly output business analysis reports, and achieve human efficiency improvement and cost savings through process standardization.
5. Brand strategy implementation: Plan parent lectures/school-side promotion, etc. brand activities, formulate localized communication strategies, shape brand image and continuously improve NPS value.
6. Cross-departmental collaborative innovation: Lead the integration of educational product R&D and marketing department resources, and promote teaching mode innovation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, education/management related majors are preferred, with at least 5 years of education industry management experience, and at least 2 years of equivalent position experience;
2. Familiar with Hong Kong's admission policies and have local educational resources
3. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s+ in Education/Management preferred
2. 5+ years in education leadership (min. 2 years at executive level)
3. Deep knowledge of Hong Kong education policies & local networks
4. Fluent English/Mandarin/ Cantonese
