• Conceptualize, design, and develop a range of products in line with brand aesthetic and market trends

• Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations for production

• Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure designs are translated into commercially viable products

• Identify and evaluate new fabrications, trims, and techniques to enhance product quality and innovation

• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, market research, and consumer preferences

• Provide guidance and direction to design team members

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, with a focus on Wovens, Cut & Sew Knits, and/or Sweaters

• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, PLM

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market dynamics in the Wovens, Cut & Sew Knits, and/or Sweaters segment
