Duties include:
1. Responsible for warehouse inventory input and output registration, ensure that the account and the actual inventory are consistent, regularly inventory, compile inventory report, and promptly process differences;
2. Review and process warehouse in and out documents to ensure data accuracy, organize and archive related warehouse files to ensure complete documentation;
3. Timely input of in and out information into the system to ensure real-time data updates, maintain inventory management system, and ensure data accuracy;
4. Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth material in and out processes, and assist warehouse supervisors in optimizing warehouse management processes;
5. Regularly compile inventory, in and out reports, provide data analysis support, assist in compiling warehouse operation reports, and propose improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, logistics and warehouse management related professional background is preferred;
2. More than 2 years of warehouse or logistics-related work experience, familiar with warehouse management processes;
3. Proficient in the use of office software (such as Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems, with basic data analysis and report compilation abilities;
4. Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and team collaboration skills, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and adapt to the warehouse environment;
5. Understand warehouse safety management regulations, have basic knowledge of fire safety, and those with a forklift operator certificate or related certificate are preferred.
