<p><strong>Position:</strong> Deskside Engineer</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><p>Ø <strong>Technical Support:</strong> Provide deskside and remote support for hardware and software issues to all users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</p><p>Ø <strong>Incident Management:</strong> Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner, following internal procedures and ensuring high customer satisfaction.</p><p>Ø <strong>Installation and Configuration: </strong>Set up, install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (computers, printers, peripherals) and software applications.</p><p>Ø <strong>System Maintenance:</strong> Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on IT systems to ensure they are secure and operating efficiently.</p><p>Ø <strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and equipment inventory.</p><p>Ø <strong>Collaboration: </strong>Work closely with other IT team members and departments to address and resolve technical issues and improve existing IT infrastructure.</p><p>Ø <strong>Training and Support: </strong>Provide training and support to staff on how to use IT equipment and software effectively.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>About the job:</u></strong></p><p>Ø <strong>Working location:</strong> <br>- Tai Po with shuttle bus</p><p>Ø <strong>Working windows:</strong> <br>- Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:00</p><p></p><p>Please send cv to windy.leung@seamatch.com</p>
