Junior Computer Technician X 2

• Responsible for providing daily computer technical support to different offices to ensure that information and communication equipment at each site is operating normally
• Assist in handling Windows system, personal computer and server-related technical issues, including fault diagnosis and repair
• Install, set up and maintain computer hardware and basic peripherals, and perform regular checks and maintenance
• Record technical service records, submit reports as needed and communicate with superiors to follow up on matters

• Secondary school or above information and communication technology related academic qualifications, with basic knowledge of computer systems
• Need to have 2 years or more of computer repair or desktop support work experience
• Familiar with Windows operating system, Active Directory, and common PC hardware problems
• Have good communication skills, be able to independently execute tasks at different locations and effectively interact with users
• Responsibility, able to cooperate with half-day afternoon shift or long/short week work schedule

• Monthly salary $14,000 - $17,000, depending on experience
• Working five days and a half per week, using a long and short week system
• Working location is mainly in Cheung Sha Wan and the company's other branches, with occasional adjustments
