<ul><li>Onsite support for AV/IT projects;</li><li>Assist in configuration and troubleshooting for AV/IT related devices;</li><li>Communication with teammates and customers to complete project requirements;</li><li>Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines;</li><li>Team player; polite; willing to learn;</li><li>Fresh graduates will also be considered; On the job training will be provided;</li><li>High proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and english.</li><li>Knowledge of video conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex) is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of general office IT facilities (O365, Windows Server, NAS) is a plus</li></ul>
