<p><strong>About the Company</strong></p><p>We are partnered with a multinational financial service firm and seeking a hands-on, customer-focused IT Specialist to support users in their Hong Kong office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and has a passion for technology.</p><p></p><p><strong>About the Job</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.</li><li>Provide IT support across a wide range of technologies including Windows, mobile devices, video conferencing systems, infrastructure, and trading systems.</li><li>Provide remote support for other APAC offices when required.</li><li>Participate in IT projects, including deployments, upgrades, and process improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery and standards.</li><li>Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.</li><li>Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for internal use.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft etc. are a plus.</li><li>3 or more years of experience in IT support roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated passion for technology – enjoys troubleshooting, exploring new tools, and understanding how systems work.</li><li>Proficient in English. Fluency in Cantonese is advantageous.</li></ul>
