• In the Chinese ink painting course opened by our association, I am responsible for teaching students basic to advanced ink painting techniques, including landscape, flowers and birds, etc. theme creation.
• Design appropriate teaching content and progress according to students’ levels, ensuring learning effectiveness and classroom participation.
• Weekly classroom teaching is conducted once, with each class lasting about 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on the actual schedule).
• Guide students to complete their work and provide individual technical guidance and artistic perspective feedback.

Work requirements

• Have relevant skills in ink and wash painting, hold a college degree or above in art-related subjects, or have equivalent professional qualifications.
• Preference will be given to those with teaching experience, who can effectively lead students of different ages or levels in learning.
• Familiar with traditional Chinese painting techniques, mastering brush and ink application, composition principles, and shading techniques.
• Have good communication skills, patience and attention to detail, and a love for art education work.
• Able to attend classes on time and follow the course schedule and administrative regulations of the Association.
