If you’re ready to take on exciting challenges and make an impact, apply today!</p><p></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Collaborate with the Team Leader/Development Manager and Business Units to analyze, design, develop, test, and implement CRM systems.</li><li>Gather and understand user requirements, perform technical analysis, and create detailed specifications.</li><li>Manage and resolve issues affecting the daily operations of CRM systems.</li><li>Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of upstream systems with CRM functionalities.</li><li>Lead and manage projects related to CRM system enhancements and marketing technology integrations.</li><li>Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from project development to ongoing support.</li></ol><p></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ol><li>Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.</li><li>At least 5 years of IT experience, with relevant CRM development and support experience (preferably in the retail industry).</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:</li><li>Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Service API, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Redis, UNIX Shell Script</li><li>Microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, AI Agent, Event Streaming</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team.</li><li>Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).</li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ol><li>Competitive salary package with 13-month pay.</li><li>Immediate offer for the right candidate.</li><li>Work on exciting group projects involving marketing technologies and system integrations.</li><li>Collaborate with a talented IT team to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experiences.</li></ol>
