<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Based on students’ learning progress and abilities, design appropriate piano teaching plans to enhance students’ performance skills and musical understanding</li><li>Teaching the ABRSM and Trinity College London examination courses, helping students prepare for various levels of evaluation</li><li>Regularly assess learning outcomes, record student performance, and provide learning feedback to parents</li><li>Guide students to participate in on-campus and off-campus music activities, competitions and public performances, and cultivate stage experience and self-confidence</li><li>Continuously update teaching content and methods, maintain teaching professionalism and innovation</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li></li><li>Highly passionate about music education, full of love, patience, and sense of responsibility, and able to take care of students’ individual differences</li><li>Have good communication skills, be able to effectively interact and collaborate with students, parents and teaching teams</li><li>Preference will be given to those with teaching experience, fresh graduates or part-time tutors are welcome to apply</li><li>Familiar with the ABRSM and Trinity exam systems, able to conduct systematic teaching based on exam requirements</li></ul>
