<ul><li><strong>CEDD Project</strong> </li><li>On Site based</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Degree / Higher Diploma in CivilEngineering or related discipline</li><li>At least 10 years of experience in Civil engineering field</li><li><strong><u>Candidate must have MHKIE/ MICE </u></strong></li></ul><p>Site Agent (Up to 90K)</p><ul><li>Responsible for site construction management of civil engineering projects to ensure that the project progresses smoothly according to the drawings, specifications and schedule.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consulting companies and other relevant units to handle daily operations and technical matters on the construction site.</li><li>Supervise the implementation of construction site safety, quality control and environmental management measures to ensure compliance with legislation and owner standards.</li><li>Prepare and review engineering records, progress reports, acceptance documents, etc. technical documents.</li><li>Assist in handling design changes, on-site problem solving and sudden event response, providing feasible solution.</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in recognized civil engineering or related sciences.</li><li>Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of civil engineering, those with government public works project experience are preferred.</li><li><strong><u>Must hold professional qualifications from the Hong Kong Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MHKIE) or the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) in the United Kingdom.</u></strong></li><li>Familiar with Hong Kong local building regulations, construction standards and engineering contract management.</li><li>Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to carry out duties independently on construction sites.</li></ol>
