Job Description
Part-time Shipping Clerk
We are looking for a responsible and careful Part-time Shipping Clerk to join our company. This is a long-term, on-site part-time position in Chai Wan, suitable for candidates who are looking for a stable working environment.
Working Location: Chai WanWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 6:00pmJob Type: Part-time, long-term, on-siteJob Responsibilities:
Handle full set shipment and related documents for the European and US markets
Prepare invoices, packing lists and necessary document.
Maintain shipment records and update the internal system
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Provide general clerical and administrative support
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
At least 1 year of shipping experience
Able to handle multiple tasks, manage time well, and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel) and Chinese word processing
Careful, detail-minded, responsible, and a good team player
Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
Immediate availability is preferred
