Job Purpose

Act as a trusted HR advisor to business unit heads providing professional advice and solutions on HR issues and challenges which influence the employee productivity and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the People Business Partner Team and assigned business units
• Handle monthly reports, including management reports in the format of Excel and PowerPoint
• Support the staff engagement survey, including data consolidation and report preparation
• Assist in facilitating year-end performance appraisal process, promotion and compensation processes
• Support in organizing employee relations activities

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• With at least 1 year of experience in the Human Resources, preferably with multinational / retail industry / healthcare industry
• Experience in HRBP would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), for Excel, knowledge in vlookup, pivot table & basic formulas
• Immediately available preferred
