<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li></li><li>Handle daily sales processes, including quotation forms, order processing and follow-up, to ensure all data is accurate and error-free.</li><li>Coordinate delivery arrangements, track inventory status and delivery progress, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.</li><li>Reply to customer inquiries about product specifications, prices, delivery dates, etc., providing professional and timely support services.</li><li>Organize monthly statements and invoices (INVOICE), and continuously follow up on accounts receivable status to ensure smooth collection.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li></li><li>Applicants with one year or more of sales clerk, order clerk or related work experience will be given priority. </li><li>Have a basic understanding of the hardware industry, familiar with common metal materials, hand tools, building hardware or related products.
