<p><strong>Our client and about the role:</strong></p><p></p><p>Our client, a well-known organization, is seeking a Senior Analyst - ERP to enhance their financial, inventory, and procurement processes. This pivotal role involves acting as an internal consultant to optimize ERP systems and ensure seamless operations within the organization.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze user needs and identify business requirements to enhance ERP functionalities.</li><li>Review and improve business processes; define and implement functional standards and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate project assignments and timelines, monitoring overall project progress.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for effective project implementation and issue resolution.</li><li>Provide user support and guidance for troubleshooting technical issues and system configuration.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or ERP-related certifications.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in business consulting, requirements analysis, and solution design.</li><li>Familiarity with Enterprise Cloud ERP systems, preferably with financial and inventory management modules.</li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.</li><li>Experience in project management and digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred.</li></ul>
