Job Responsibilities

• Follow the company's headquarters operating strategy to execute receiving, loading and inventory management to ensure accurate and efficient goods supply;

• Accurately implement various marketing activities and promotion plans, actively enhance customer flow, sales and profit performance;

• Strictly adhere to the company's operating standards and compliance requirements, continuously optimize customer experience, achieve service details, rapid response, and orderly processes;

• Establish and maintain an effective communication mechanism with the headquarters, regularly feedback on product quality, logistics accuracy, customer needs and satisfaction, etc. key operating information;

• Assist in talent cultivation and team collaboration, participate in employee guidance and basic training, and support team stability and growth;

• Proactively respond to sudden changes in operations, flexibly coordinate resources, and efficiently complete various temporary assignments.

• Have three or more years of retail industry work experience, familiar with the operation mode and standard process of chain brand supermarkets;

• Applicants with street market, community store, department store or large supermarket first-line management experience will be given priority;

• Have good leadership potential and team collaboration awareness, effectively motivate colleagues, promote consensus, and implement goals;

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, able to juggle multiple tasks and ensure execution quality and timeliness;

• Have basic accounting concepts, understand purchase and sales reports, daily business reports, and simple cost analysis;

• Fluent in Cantonese, with good writing and oral expression skills, able to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers of different positions;

• Proficient in computer operations and common office software (such as Excel, Word), and able to quickly master the operation of retail management systems (such as POS, inventory platform).
