<p>Co Nature: Property management office for luxury residential buildings</p><p><u></u></p><p><u>Facilities Officer (Residential)</u></p><p></p><p>Job Duties</p><p>- supervise routine maintenance and repair works for high-end residential building;</p><p>- prepare job order / tender documents;</p><p>- assist in monitoring and evaluating contractor’s performance;</p><p>- deal with ad hoc repair and maintenance works.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><p>- higher certificate or above in related disciplines;</p><p>- at least 3 years maintenance experience for building facilitates</p><p>- experience gained in luxury property management office is preferable;</p><p>- good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;</p><p>- proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.</p><p></p><p>- work in Central</p><p>- need to on-site visit</p><p>- 0900 – 1800 (5 days work)</p><p>- Bank holiday</p><p>- Annual leave starting from 11 days, max to 14 days</p><p>- Guarantee year-end bonus</p><p></p>
