About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in both new market segments and existing customer accounts. This role is central to expanding our freight forwarding business (air and ocean) while cultivating strong, long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across local, China, and international markets.

• Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, including cold calling and account development.

• Generate new accounts and strengthen existing partnerships to achieve business objectives.

• Design and present tailored solutions and proposals to meet client-specific needs.

• Build and maintain strong connections with clients to foster long-term collaboration.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, procurement) to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or carrier operations.

• Strong procurement knowledge and established industry relationships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused, self-motivated, energetic, and professional in presentation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
