Position Overview

We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Legal Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide legal document support for both Hong Kong and Mainland China, making significant contributions to the continuous development of our group in the Greater Bay Area. The ideal candidate should possess fluent English communication skills and a basic understanding of the legal knowledge system . A passion for promoting health and wellness is also highly desirable.

Job location: Flat 2009, Citic Plaza, 233 Tian He North Road, Guangzhou

What you’ll do

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to Senior Legal Counsel (SLC) and legal team, liaising with other departments and handling correspondences, particularly in relation to

1. Providing daily work support for SLC, including clerical support, help on executing various internal protocols and organizing achieving drafts and internal documents, providing coordination support for some programs or systems which SLC involves.

2. Performing administrative tasks to support the legal team. Including arranging invoice payments, tracking and reports for non-IP management matters, such as notarization, certified copies, etc.

Who we’re looking for

• Diploma holder or above with secretarial and invoice payment experience.

• Experience in law firm or in-house legal department at MNC preferred.

• Strong command of written English and attention to detail.

• Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work independently on routine documentation.

• Detail-oriented, good at document preparation and record-keeping.
