Job Opportunity: Centre Manager (Learning / Tutorial Centre)

Leading Education Service Provider

Salary:

- Basic Salary: HKD 25,000 per month

- Additional: Performance-based incentive / bonus

Working Days: 5 days per week (no regular weekend work)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily centre operations including scheduling, staff coordination, classroom setup, and facility maintenance

- Handle centre administration, record keeping, fee collection, and compliance with internal policies

- Serve as the main point of contact for parents and students – address enquiries, manage feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain strong relationships

- Oversee student attendance, class progress tracking, and centre performance reporting

- Assist in editing, updating, and preparing teaching materials and classroom resources

- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the centre and deliver high-quality service standards

Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above (English Language, Linguistics, Education, or related language majors highly preferred)

- Prior experience in a learning centre, tutorial centre, education centre , or similar environment is strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to interact professionally and patiently with parents and students

- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and capability to multitask in a fast-paced centre setting

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in traditional Chinese writing is an advantage

- Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

- Act as the main liaison between parents and students - respond to inquiries, process opinions, solve problems, and maintain good relationships

- Supervise student attendance, classroom progress tracking, and center performance reports

- Assist in editing, updating and preparing teaching materials and classroom resources

- Ensure the center runs smoothly on a daily basis and maintains high-quality service standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above (English language, linguistics, education or related language subjects are preferred)

- Priority will be given to those with experience in learning centers, tutoring centers, education centers or similar environments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to interact professionally and patiently with parents and students

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced central environment

- Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English (Cantonese); familiar with Chinese writing is preferred
