<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>l Assist the restaurant manager to ensure smooth daily operations;</p><p>l Responsible for daily kitchen management, ensuring that products are produced according to company standards, supervising and executing food processing and preparation;</p><p>l Coordinate kitchen training, train new employees;</p><p></p><p>l Keep the kitchen and store environment clean and hygienic;</p><p>l Assist with outdoor shift management. </p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>l More than 2 years of relevant restaurant industry experience;</p><p>l Have a sense of responsibility, a good work attitude, and communication skills;</p><p>l Fluent in Cantonese, understand Mandarin.</p><p></p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong></p><p>l Work 10 hours a day (including 1 hour for meals)</p><p>l Shifts and breaks</p><p>l Monthly 6 days off</p><p></p><p><strong>Working location:</strong></p><p>Maanshan-Xingang City Center 2129 Shop</p><p><strong>Salary: HKD 19,000/month or above</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>MPF contribution, paid annual leave, marriage/paternity leave, business bonus, employee discounts, promotion opportunities, on-the-job training</p>
