Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the master in home maintenance and repair, including basic plumbing, doors and windows, furniture, etc. maintenance work
- Learn various common home problems and their solutions at the front line work site
- Responsible for tool organization, material handling, and post-construction environmental cleaning to ensure safe and orderly operations
- Follow instructions to complete assigned tasks and report work progress to the supervisor or senior technician on time
- Participate in company-arranged training activities to enhance professional skills and safety awareness
Work requirements
- Secondary school education, with good Chinese reading and writing abilities, and able to understand simple work instructions
- Interested in repair work, willing to start from the basics, and positive learning attitude
- Need good physical health to handle outdoor and indoor physical labor
- Punctual and responsible, serious about work, and team-oriented
- No experience required, company provides on-the-job training
