Job Responsibilities

1. Technical support: Provide technical support to business personnel for repair-related issues, participate in repair feasibility evaluation and scheme discussion.

2. Repair and testing: Responsible for the fault detection, diagnosis and repair of the PCBA circuit board returned by the customer, ensuring that the repair quality meets the standard.

3. Process Management: Execute post-sales maintenance process recording, system logging, RMA file organization and archiving, ensuring process traceability.

4. Logistics and delivery: Responsible for attaching completed product labels, standardized packaging, and delivery arrangements.

5. Inventory collaboration: Assist in managing post-sales maintenance-related inventory records, and efficiently collaborate with the post-sales team, warehouse and logistics department to ensure smooth material flow.

Applying conditions

1. Education and skills: College degree or above, electronic engineering / electrical engineering and other related fields are preferred.

2. Practical experience: More than 4 years of experience in repairing electronic PCBs such as energy storage, industrial control, and power supplies. Need to be proficient in electronic component performance and PCB circuit diagrams, and have digital circuit knowledge. Those with SMT factory maintenance and management experience are preferred.

3. Technical requirements: Proficient in BGA packaging/decapsulation, solder ball repair, etc. repair technology, familiar with the operation of soldering iron, hot air gun, tester, oscilloscope, integrated test instrument, etc. maintenance and analysis equipment.

5. Communication skills: Have good coordination skills, be able to cooperate smoothly with customers and internal teams. Those who can use English or German in daily business are preferred.

6. Other requirements: Understand corporate culture, have a certain degree of adaptation to repetitive work, and strictly abide by Hong Kong local labor laws and company internal regulations.
