Maintenance

<p><strong>Work content</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the operation, cleaning, maintenance, testing and replacement of the air conditioning system, including the central condenser, ventilation system, circulating pump, water tower and split air conditioner.</li><li>Assist and lead team members in handling daily maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment, develop and supervise maintenance strategies, participate in system and equipment failure investigations and daily maintenance file processing. </li><li>Monitor the operation of the house automatic control system. </li><li>Supervise and report the contractor's work performance, and arrange for project handover. </li><li>Coordinate with contractors on repair-related work to ensure it complies with company guidelines.</li><li>Execute other tasks related to our property association. </li><li>In case of emergency, overtime is required. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Entry Requirements</strong></p><ul><li></li><li></li><li></li><li>Have fifteen years or more of experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of central air conditioning systems and their control circuits (including exhaust systems, circulating pumps, water towers and split-type air conditioners), of which five years must be at the supervisor or scientific and technical level.</li><li>Have basic computer operations knowledge, familiar with the Maximo system, operators can be given priority. </li><li>Completion of recognized apprenticeship training may also be given priority.</li></ul>
