Job Responsibilities

  • Completely responsible for the overall operation and management of the Hong Kong company, coordinate financial, legal, human resources, administrative and compliance functions, and support the company's strategic transformation from a regional service provider to a global travel technology platform.

  • Establish and continuously optimize a financial and human resources management system in accordance with the Hong Kong Companies Act, Taxation Act and Employment Ordinance, covering accounting, budget control, salary and benefit design, performance management and employee relations compliance.

  • Manage cross-border fund transfers and foreign exchange risk hedging strategies to ensure efficient and compliant fund flows; lead tax reporting and compliance arrangements, and participate in group-level tax planning work.

  • Responsible for reviewing and managing various business contracts, including cooperation agreements with OTA platforms, destination resource procurement contracts, cross-border e-commerce supply chain agreements and technical service contracts, to ensure company rights and reduce business and legal risks.

  • Lead the establishment and daily operation of the Hong Kong office, covering lease negotiation, office space planning, equipment procurement, administrative process standardization, and information security management system implementation.

  • Coordinate and communicate with Hong Kong government departments and industry organizations, including the Hong Kong Investment Promotion Agency, the Travel Industry Council, the Hong Kong Science Park, and Cyberport, etc., to seek policy support, resource integration and compliance guidance.

  • Promote enterprise management system certification work, including ISO quality management system, information security management system (ISO27001) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) project construction.

  • Support major strategic projects of business departments, such as cross-border e-commerce warehouse logistics deployment, exhibition and conference service resource integration, AI technology platform compliance evaluation, etc., to ensure cross-departmental collaboration and resource efficient allocation.

Work requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, law, business administration or public administration, etc. Relevant professional; those who hold CPA, HKICPA, lawyer qualifications or other equivalent professional certifications are preferred.

  • Have at least 10 years of corporate comprehensive management or high-level operational management experience, of which at least 5 years must be spent in cross-border enterprises in the tourism, technology or e-commerce industries, and must have successful experience in actually establishing or operating companies in Hong Kong.

  • In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong company incorporation process, financial reporting standards, tax declaration system, labor regulations and personal data privacy ordinance, with practical experience in actually operating cross-border capital flows, foreign exchange management and tax compliance arrangements.

  • With extensive experience in contract review and legal risk management, I have previously handled complex commercial contracts involving international OTA platforms, cross-border supply chain cooperation, and technology licensing.

  • Excellent writing and expression skills in Chinese and English, able to write high-quality compliance documents, management reports and policy advice.
