Daily 10-hour work schedule, 8 paid rest days per month, 12 annual holidays, paid statutory holidays, attendance bonus
Handle in-store sales, product promotion, and daily operations. Properly process and understand customer inquiries and needs, provide quality customer service to build solid customer relationships. Responsible for inventory management, display management, etc. Assist the regional manager in leading the team to achieve the company's established goals. Analyze the store's sales data and KPI performance indicators to achieve the situation in a timely manner, and implement action plans to boost performance.
