Responsibilities

• Manage the Group’s annual and interim fi nancial reporti ng, including the

preparati on of the Group’s consolidated accounts and subsidiaries’ fi nancial

statements

• Prepare cash fl ow forecasts, budgets and fi nancial analyses, exercising cost

control over property projects

• Supervise daily accounti ng acti viti es and collaborate closely with the Group’s

PRC offi ces on relevant issues

• Coordinate with external professionals to carry out annual/interim audits and

HK/PRC tax planning, reporti ng and fi ling

• Perform any ad hoc duti es as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounti ng with HKICPA/ACCA qualifi cation

• Minimum 5 years of accounti ng and fi nance experience gained from sizeable,

listed group and Big 4 audit fi rm, exposure in property industry is a disti nct

advantage

• Solid knowledge of HK and PRC tax laws and regulati ons

• Flexible with strong analyti cal/communicati on skills and the ability to work

under pressure and independently

• High profi ciency in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing

• Good command of English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese)
