Job Description
Senior Server/Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the operations supervisor to monitor the quality of floor service, guide junior servers to execute standard operating procedures, and provide on-the-spot support and on-site corrections;
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints and special needs, coordinating resources with politeness, patience and a problem-solving attitude, and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Regularly participate in internal training and service drills, proactively feedback on operational improvement suggestions, and work with the team to achieve sales targets and service indicators.
- Have at least two years of front-line service experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least one year of experience in leading or supporting management positions;
- Have excellent communication skills and emotional management ability, fluent in Cantonese
- Positive and proactive attitude, valuing team collaboration, willing to rotate shift work, weekends and public holidays, and accepting flexible work arrangements;
- Provide a competitive monthly salary and quarterly performance bonuses, with compensation adjusted periodically based on experience and performance;
