<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for customer development and maintenance in the Chinese Hong Kong market, promoting core business cooperation;</p><p>2. Responsible for daily visits, maintenance and expansion of customers and channel resources, and coordinating the team to complete project implementation;</p><p>3. Actively explore and promote new business opportunities with potential target customers.</p><p>4. Maintain and manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;</p><p>5. Collect, collate and analyze bond market policy orientation and market dynamics, dynamically adjust marketing strategies;</p><p>6. Collaborate with brand marketing strategy to develop and implement market marketing plans and promotion activities;</p><p>7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company and the leader. </p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, finance, management, etc.;</p><p>2. 5 to 8 years of experience in financial industry large customer marketing, those with securities or financial services experience are preferred;</p><p>3. Outstanding proposal presentation and business negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with senior management and market participants on major industry issues;</p><p>4. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to withstand strong work pressure;</p><p>5. Bilingual advantage: Proficient in written and oral communication in Mandarin and English, fluent in Cantonese can be given priority;</p><p></p>
