<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><strong>1. </strong>Assist in the planning and preparation of online and offline publicity, programmes and operation of the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival</p><p><strong>2. </strong>Assist in collating publicity materials from contributed programme offices; to work with in-house designer to produce marketing materials in accordance with the requirements of the approved items; and to oversee the production of publicity materials</p><p><strong>3. </strong>Assist in updating the project timelines and organizing the promotional presentation materials; to conduct research of market trends in a bid to maximize visibility to different age groups</p><p><strong>4. </strong>Create, proofread and manage content of social media platforms, including Facebook, IG, Xiaohongsu, Wechat and web pages. Liaise with KOL and bloggers to build awareness and promote programmes/ exhibitions/ activities of Hong Kong Pop culture Festival</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><p>1. A permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and lawfully employable in Hong Kong</p><p>2. A bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, major in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or a related field</p><p>3. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, excellent communication and presentable skills, and have fulfilled the language</p><p>Proficiency requirement of</p><p>l "Level 3" or above in "Chinese Language" and "English language" of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), OR,</p><p>l "Grade C" or above in "Chinese Language" and "English Language (Syllabus B)" of the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), OR,</p><p>l "Grade D" or above in "Chinese Language and Culture" and "Use of English" of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), OR,</p><p>l "Level 2" in "Use of Chinese" and "Use of English" of the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent results recognized by the</p><p>Civil Services Bureau (CSB)</p><p>4. Have at least four (4) years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in the field of marketing coordination/ digital marketing/ content marketing/ social media marketing/ corporate writing prior to Quotation Closing Date Working experience in government offices is preferable; and</p><p>5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing</p>
