Position requirements
l Diploma test/entrance examination or above
l Fluent Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin, with a normal level of Chinese and English reading and writing
l Basic computer operations and office software skills
l Good communication skills and customer service awareness
l Responsible and serious in work, with a team spirit
l Applicants with clinic nurse or customer service experience will be given priority
Job Responsibilities
l Clinic daily operations, including but not limited to telephone/WhatsApp appointment and post-treatment follow-up, patient registration and handling inquiries
l General administrative work, including medical record management and data input
l Assist the doctor's medical procedures;
l Inventory and ensure that the clinic has sufficient and appropriate supplies, as well as other administrative work
l Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor
