Duties:

2. Responsible for tailor-made services for customers according to the company's training standards, selling corresponding products, styles and after-sales services to customers based on their needs;

3. Proficiently understand the company's product performance and characteristics, according to the customer's dressing habits, actively and positively communicate with the customer, provide professional dressing and clothing matching advice, and enhance customer satisfaction;

4. Responsible for the storage and use of tailor-made tools and fabric cards;

5. Assist in the daily operation of WeChat, IG, Facebook, WhatsApp, Xiaohongshu, Dazhongdianping, etc. platforms.

Requirements:

1. Have a Hong Kong work identity, with good Cantonese, Mandarin, and English oral language skills;

2. Bachelor's degree or above, those who graduated from clothing design or related professional are preferred;

3. Candidates with Hong Kong and Mainland China work experience will be given priority, as well as those with overseas study or work experience;

4. More than one year of sales experience, sense of time, strong goal awareness, and customer development awareness;

5. Good image and temperament, affinity, and hospitality; have good service awareness;

7. Have strong interest and love for clothing, understand aesthetics and clothing matching;

8. Have good communication skills and negotiation techniques, sales ability is excellent.
