Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operations of the store, ensuring a clean and orderly shopping environment, and providing a good shopping experience
Greet customers warmly, understand their needs and provide professional product introduction and sales advice
Organize and display goods according to standards, regularly update displays to enhance visual impact and sales performance
Accurately complete the order, cash register, and transaction process to ensure clear and error-free accounting
Assist in inventory management, including goods counting, replenishment, and coordination of exchange and return matters

Work requirements

Have basic Cantonese or Mandarin communication skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
Preference will be given to those with service industry experience, familiar with retail processes
Honest and reliable, proactive and responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork
Able to adapt to shift work arrangements, including working on holidays and public holidays
Understand basic computer operations and be able to quickly learn to use the store's internal system
