Job Description: Server
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality dining services and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Welcome customers to the store, guide them to the appropriate location and introduce the menu or related services.
3. Process customer orders in a timely manner to ensure food or drinks are delivered accurately and without error.
4. Maintain the restaurant or service area's cleanliness and tidiness, including tables, chairs, floors, and related service facilities.
5. Assist the kitchen or other departments to complete related work, ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1. Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to maintain friendly interactions with customers.
2. Able to remain calm in a busy environment and quickly solve problems.
3. Have team spirit, be able to coordinate and cooperate with colleagues to complete various tasks.
4. Have a basic understanding of sanitation standards and be able to follow the sanitation regulations of related service industries.
5. At least have secondary school education, those with relevant service industry experience will be given priority.
