Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising and enforcing the compliance policies and procedures related to the Hong Kong company service provider (TCSP) license, ensuring that business operations continue to meet the regulatory requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Companies Registry and the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (FATF).

• Assist in submitting customer Hong Kong company registration, change, annual audit related documents.

• Lead customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes, including identifying beneficial owners, assessing risk grades, verifying document authenticity, and updating customer databases.

• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries, on-site inspections, and submitting statutory application documents (such as suspicious transaction reports STR, annual compliance reports, etc.), ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, law, accounting, finance, risk control or related professional qualifications are preferred; those with ACAMS, HKCGI or HKSI CE certificates will be given priority.

• Having 3 to 5 years of experience in Hong Kong in TCSP, trust, company secretarial, bank compliance or anti-money laundering (AML) related work, familiar with the operation of the Anti-Money Laundering Ordinance and the TCSP licensing system.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, able to independently write Chinese and English compliance documents, emails and regulatory communication texts.

• Have a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality, be able to independently judge risks in a multitasking environment, and drive compliance through result-oriented approaches.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment and regulatory licensing requirements, and do not accept work visa applications.
