<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of sourcing system modules and identify optimization opportunities.</li><li>Assess and document system requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement system enhancements.</li><li>Work closely with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure effective integration of sourcing solutions.</li><li>Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Act as a key liaison between business users, IT, and vendors throughout the project life cycle.</li><li>Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.</li><li>Prepare and validate detailed documentation, including user requirement specifications and user stories.</li><li>Support the project team in tracking tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines, and reporting progress.</li><li>Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including test plan creation, test case execution, and defect analysis.</li><li>Provide end-user support and training post-implementation to ensure effective solution adoption.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Min. 3 years exp as a Business Analyst</li><li><strong>Strong familiarity with sourcing systems like TradeBeyond (CBX) or Centric</strong></li><li><strong>Experience in SAP Supply Chain module also welcome</strong></li><li><strong>With buying office exp will be an advantage</strong></li><li>Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin</li></ul>
