Job Description
<p>Company: Yuen Hang Catering Co., Ltd.</p><p>Working location: Quan Wan</p><p>Salary range: HKD$30,000- $32,000 (depending on experience and ability)</p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities and work content:</p><p></p><p>1. Membership system strategy and management</p><p>·Full responsibility for the planning, management, and optimization of the company's membership system. </p><p>·Regularly plan and execute member-exclusive activities to enhance member activity and loyalty. </p><p>·Design and implement attractive member benefits and discount schemes to drive new member growth and existing member retention.</p><p>·Collaborate with other business units, cross-border integration of resources, and expand more member discounts and benefits. </p><p></p><p>2. Data analysis and goal management</p><p>·In-depth analysis of business data, based on the company's development strategy, formulate clear short-term and long-term customer management goals (such as: membership number growth, customer retention rate, conversion rate, etc.).</p><p>·Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track goal progress, and submit analysis reports to drive business decisions.</p><p></p><p>3. Training and collaboration</p><p></p><p>·Maintain close communication with each store and business unit to ensure effective implementation of membership strategies.</p><p></p><p>4. Business project development</p><p>·Actively participate in the company's new project development and provide professional advice from the perspective of business expansion.</p><p>·Assist in exploring and developing new business growth opportunities to expand market share and company influence.</p><p></p><p>5.
