New Business Development

~ Degree or above in Science / Medical / Business fields are preferred

~ 3+ years of relevant experience in medical consumable / medical devices / medical equipment

~ Experience with Hospital / Clinic clients, good understanding of medical practices is advantage

~ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

~ Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin

~ Result-driven, outgoing, presentable, resourceful

Responsibilities:

~ Accountable for sales target on medical consumable products and medical devices

~ Proactively identify potential customers from targeted clientele, liaise with different business parties

~ Actively participate in pre- and post- sales activities including needs analysis

~ Offer product training and sales invoice to customers

~ Develop and maintain excellent relationship with clients, put customer satisfaction on first priority

~ Take part in relevant sales and marketing functions such as sales exhibitions, medical expos, demonstration workshops, etc

Sales Manager (medical consumable products/medical devices/medical equipments)

• Responsible for medical supplies, medical equipment and medical instruments sales performance, achieve the company's sales targets.
• Proactively develop target customer groups, including hospitals, clinics and other medical institutions, and establish contact with relevant business units.
• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities, conduct customer requirement analysis, and provide appropriate product solution.
• Provide product knowledge training to customers, assist in completing sales invoices and related document processing.
• Continuously maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
• Participate in various sales and marketing activities, such as sales exhibitions, medical trade fairs, demonstration workshops, etc.

• Applicants with a bachelor's degree or above in scientific, medical or business-related fields will be given priority.
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in medical supplies, medical equipment or medical instruments.
• Have experience in working with hospital or clinic customers, those who understand medical clinical practice basics are preferred.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively coordinate multiple business relationships.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin), with fluent writing and oral expression skills.
