<p>Responsible for general office chores, such as changing water, changing light bulbs, replenishing copy paper, cleaning up the shredder, replacing and ordering items and daily necessities for the tea room; sorting and distributing letters/internal office documents; processing file mailing and recording postage and incoming/outgoing letter information; Need field work such as going to the post office, bank deposit, government agencies, customer office, etc. to deliver or pick up files; buy sundries or drinks; Assist with simple reception work; those with accounting industry office assistant experience are preferred.</p>
