Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for handling daily inquiries from the clinic, including appointment scheduling, service consultation, and basic medical information, to ensure that customers receive accurate and friendly responses.
Assist customers with online communication through WhatsApp, including sending appointment confirmations, reminder messages, referral data and simple question-and-answer support, to maintain real-time and professional external communication channels.
Accurately record and update customer contact information and consultation points in the internal system, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
Collaborate with the front desk and nursing team, timely refer emergency or complex cases, and follow up on the status of subsequent processing to improve the overall service flow.
Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate clearly in Mandarin and basic English, write simply and correctly, and independently process bilingual text messages.
Familiar with WhatsApp Business features, with basic computer skills (MS Office, browser and internal system operations).
Have good listening skills, emotional management ability, and sense of responsibility, and be able to maintain a stable service quality and patient attitude during high call volume.
Able to cooperate with the office work schedule of six days a week (Monday to Saturday), 9 am to 6 pm daily, with a contract period of September to December 2026.
