Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to create event timelines, budgets, and project plans on various events.

• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation arrangements.

• Support event promotion and outreach efforts through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

• Assist in managing event registrations, attendee lists, and tracking RSVPs.

• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.

• Assist in office administration

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

• Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles is preferred, but not required.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, both verbal and written.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
