Job Description

1. Responsible for user operations of TO C business;

2. Design differentiated guidance strategies for different types of users to enhance conversion rate and user stickiness;

3. User life cycle management, improve the activity and retention rate of each process node, and achieve the goal of reducing churn rate;

4. Participate in the planning and implementation of various marketing activities, and build marketing and equity capabilities in the process; have a deep insight into customer psychology and behavior;

Job Requirements

1. Strong data analysis, quickly locate user needs and product problems, and be able to solve problems quickly;

2. Not sticking to the old rules, with innovative consciousness, able to constantly think and come up with new ideas;

3. Self-driven and have strong learning ability and stress resistance, know how to summarize experience and master methods in the process of solving problems;

4. Good communication skills and good teamwork skills;

5. Those with Southeast Asian user operation experience are preferred

6. Those with Internet financial industry experience are preferred
