Duties include:

1. Responsible for driver recruitment and partner expansion in the Hong Kong region, discovering high-quality driver resources through online and offline multi-channels, expanding various types of cooperative network points, ensuring that the driver recruitment indicators and cooperative network point deployment targets are met, ensuring stable platform logistics supply, and supporting normal business operations.

2. In response to business transportation needs, formulate and implement driver recruitment plans to achieve monthly and quarterly driver recruitment targets.

3. Through offline street promotion, social media operation, internal referrals, advertising placement, and cooperative network points, actively discover, invite and negotiate with potential franchise drivers.

4. Provide consultation and answers, information collection, onboarding guidance, and full process follow-up and conversion services to interested drivers, continuously improving driver onboarding rate and platform activity.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with local Hong Kong sales, street promotion, BD, channel expansion, and driver recruitment related experience are preferred.

4. Strong sense of purpose, able to withstand performance pressure, hard-working and patient, and able to adapt to outdoor sales work and flexible working hours.

5. Holding a valid Hong Kong work visa or permanent residency, familiar with the Hong Kong transportation industry is preferred.
