Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the director in handling daily administrative affairs, including schedule planning, meeting coordination and travel arrangements, etc.
Responsible for insurance-related business data processing, file archiving, and customer information management.
Proficient in using various office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) for data analysis and report writing.
Operate and maintain the company's social platform, enhance user activity and brand influence.
Learning and mastering Hong Kong insurance market knowledge, and assisting in completing related business support work.

Requirements:

Can run between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, Cantonese is preferred
College degree or above, administration, finance and insurance or related professional preferred.
Have good communication and time management skills, and be able to efficiently coordinate multiple affairs.
Familiar with the use of Office office software, with basic data analysis and document writing abilities.
Applicants with community management experience are preferred, with a certain degree of copywriting and social media operation skills.
Active and proactive, willing to learn about Hong Kong insurance and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
If you have a Hong Kong insurance license, your salary is negotiable
