Main responsibilities
Handle daily customer service at the bank branch counter, including cash deposits and withdrawals, transfers, account opening, and inquiries about wealth management products
Provide professional and personal customer service to ensure accurate and compliant transactions

Job Requirements
Second 5 or above
Preference will be given to those with bank teller or related customer service experience (at least 9 months of relevant experience is easier to successfully recommend)
Good Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills

Able to adapt to branch shifts and Saturday duty
