<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Assist the CEO in managing and coordinating multiple private and public projects, ensuring that work instructions can be executed on time and as needed.</p></li><li><p>Handle daily administrative affairs, including managing the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements and correspondence.</p></li><li><p>Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and strategic planning.</p></li><li><p>Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and the internal team, external partners and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Handle confidential information with the utmost caution and professionalism.</p></li><li><p>Promote communication and collaboration between different departments and regions.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Applicants must hold a Hong Kong work visa. Proficient<strong>English, Cantonese, and Mandarin</strong>, with excellent written and oral communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree in education, administration or related fields.</p></li><li><p>Have at least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or project manager.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with Hong Kong and Chinese business culture.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in using ChatGPT, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.</p></li><li><p>Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p></li></ol>
