<p>Our company is seeking an Accounts & Admin. Supervisor to join our team in our Yau Tong District location. This is a full-time or part-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day accounting and administrative Managing of our company.</p><p><strong>JOB CONTENT</strong></p><p>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, general ledger</p><p>Stock-taking in office & warehouse monthly</p><p>Preparing shipping and declaration documents</p><p>Reconciling bank statements</p><p>Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries</p><p>Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and stock in/out records management</p><p>Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies</p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>Proven experience as an Accounts & Admin. Supervisor/Clerk or in a similar accounting or administrative role</p><p>Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with attention to detail</p><p>Good communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p><strong>Knowledge of accounting principles and practices</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Higher Diploma or above</p><p>• 5 year or above’ experience in accounting and admin</p><p>• Proficient in using accounting software-MYOB ,MAS and MicrosoftOffice suite</p><p>• Good command of both Chinese and English</p><p>• Independent and self-motivated</p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p>At our company, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and enriching work environment.
