<p>Duties:</p>
<p>1. Responsible for the distribution of the company's self-produced film and television content (such as feng shui culture documentary, Confucianism special program, etc.), mainly targeting Hong Kong and overseas Chinese television stations, streaming media platforms and cultural institutions;</p>
<p>2. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with television stations, network platforms, cultural associations, etc., and promote content procurement and copyright cooperation;</p>

<p>4. According to channel requirements, assist the content team in optimizing program positioning and packaging, and enhance commercial value;</p>
<p>5. Lead copyright sales negotiations to ensure that the terms of cooperation are in line with the company's interests, and follow up on contract execution and payment;</p>
<p>6. Coordinate the legal team to complete copyright registration, license agreements, and other compliance procedures;</p>
<p>7. Explore derivative cooperation opportunities for national learning cultural IP (such as co-production, offline activities, etc.), and enhance the company's brand influence.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>

<p>2. Traditional culture, feng shui programs, and Chinese studies documentaries are preferred for those with publishing resources in these areas;</p>
<p>3. Outstanding business negotiation skills and channel expansion awareness, able to independently complete the whole process from contact to signing;</p>
<p>4. Have basic knowledge of Chinese culture, be able to quickly understand the core of the product and accurately convey the selling point;</p>
<p>5. Result-oriented, with market sensitivity and stress resistance, adaptable to high-frequency business trips and flexible collaboration;</p>
<p>6. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, which can be used as a working language.</p>
