Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full production of short films and personal IP films, covering creative thinking, scriptwriting and concept planning, ensuring that the content is closely related to the target audience's characteristics, and has social platform dissemination potential and topic extension.
- Independently execute on-site shooting, familiar with the iPhone and DJI Pocket 3/Pocket 4 and other lightweight equipment, quickly complete the setup and stable recording in daily scenes; master the use of natural light and shadow, dynamic composition, environmental sound recording and smooth camera movement skills to create a realistic and lively visual style with a sense of breath.
- Coordinate the post-production process, including rough and fine cuts, color correction, sound design, environmental sound processing, voice optimization, and subtitle addition; flexibly select tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve based on the film's tone to enhance rhythm tension and narrative coherence.
- Based on the characteristics of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu, etc., optimize video specifications (ratio, length, quality), cover design, title copy, and release rhythm; simultaneously participate in basic data observation (viewing rate, interaction rate, sharing tendency) and feedback sorting, supporting continuous content iteration and upgrading.
- Proficient in iPhone and DJI Pocket series device operations, able to ensure image stability, exposure accuracy, and basic audio quality in non-professional scenes, and have on-the-spot judgment and response ability.
- Proficient in at least one mainstream editing software (such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve), able to independently complete the entire process from raw material sorting, structure building, rhythm arrangement to finished film output, and sensitive to and able to execute music cues, emotional narration and visual tension.
- Have basic writing skills, be able to participate in script polishing, conversational dialogue design and shot logic clarification, attach importance to emotional resonance and life insights in a real context, rather than pure technical presentation.
- Have good communication and collaboration awareness, be able to actively participate in cross-functional creative discussions, honestly accept feedback and adjust efficiently; under limited resources, demonstrate flexibility and execution ability in solving practical problems.
- Applicants with experience in fashion, trends, street culture, clothing or lifestyle-related industries are preferred.
